This receiver is Onkyo's lowest-priced receiver with HDMI upconversion for all inputs. This means any device, with any connector (composite, S-video, component, or HDMI) will be output over the receiver's HDMI output, so you need only one connection to your TV. This price is about $30 less than another sale Amazon had about three weeks ago and the lowest total price I could find among reputable vendors.
